Strawberry Salad Dressing

Salads are one of the standard dish for many Vegans.  Variation is great — as this Strawberry Salad Dressing offers.  The author uses on your typical lettuce salad as well as on top of  asparagus.  I love my creamy vegan dressing, but I’ll bet this Strawberry Salad Dressing would be wonderful too!

I think this would be great on fruit salad!  Strawberry goes well with so may fruits.  A bowl of cut up fruit – bananas, apples, berries and melon — would tastes like a dessert with this tasty Strawberry Salad Dressing.
