Gluten Free Vegan Yeast Donuts

Are  Gluten Free Yeast Vegan Donuts on your list?  Well, this recipe is one of the best I have seen!  Developed by Dia, a brain surgery survivor (as well as a long list of other ailments she has overcome), this recipe is sure to please all the donut lovers on your list that are Gluten Free and Vegan.

Dia’s Gluten Free & Vegan Yeast Doughnuts

Flours
1 1/2 cups of Rice flour (I used a mixture of brown and white rice flour)
1/2 cup of Oat flour (Remember to check the packaging on the oats you buy because even though oats are naturally gluten free they sometimes get processed alongside gluten products.)
1/4 cup of Maize flour (Again check the packaging for the same reason above. Maize is naturally gluten free as well, but look for a brand where the packaging says gluten free.)
1/4 cup of Tapioca flour

1/4 cup of unrefined granulated sugar
1/2 cup of peanut milk
1/4 cup of water
