The Gluten & Allergen Free Expo is being held at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois, on April 14-15, 2012! According to the website, this expo is “the premier gluten and allergen free event in the US.” If you are looking for specialty food products or want to learn new cooking techniques to meet your allergy free needs, you don’t want to miss the Gluten & Allergen Free Expo!

Gluten Free Brownie Wins at Toronto’s Vegan Bake-Off
For those that know me, I am a huge brownie (and chocolate) fan. Most anything made with chocolate brownies is the top of my list for any special dessert or occasion. Imagine my surprise to see that a GLUTEN FREE brownie wins the Toronto’s VEGAN Bake-Off!! Wow!! Double winner for me.
