Cocoa Pudding Recipe — Gluten Free Vegan Version
Finding good Cocoa Pudding Recipes that are both Gluten Free and Vegan are difficult to find! But this simple recipe makes a wonderful Cocoa Pudding! Chocolate chips and all!! If you are looking for a simple but elegant dessert, I think this recipe will work!
Cocoa Pudding
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. maca powder
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or coconut extract if you have it)
5 drops liquid stevia
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
