Most of us eat Super Foods in order to maintain good health.  But what exactly are superfoods and what are they.  According to the author, China DeSpain Freeman, here is the list:

Superfoods. It’s a term that gets bandied about a lot these days, particularly in health food circles. But what exactly does it mean? What is a superfood?

Super Food: mangosteen

I was delighted to see that I eat most of the 15 foods (with the exception of Flax and turmeric which I am allergic too … *sigh*).  Mangosteen was a new one for me.  According to the article, it is a fruit from Indonesia and is new to the US.  I’ll have to check that one out!!
