Juice, Blend or Chew Your Fruits and Veggies

Do you Juice, Blend  or Chew Your Fruits and Veggies?

Personally, I blend my fruits and  veggies into smoothies.  Of course, that may have something to do with not having a juicer, but I always felt it was better to eat the pulp (the ‘stuff’ the juicing discards) than not!

Vegan And Gluten-Free Banana Muffins Recipe

One suggestion I would make is to soak the dates overnight first before adding them to the rest of the ingredients. They will process much easier.

I admit it – I was skeptical. But these are yummy! They are glutenfree, and sugar free which makes them appropriate for the 21 day Quantum Wellness Cleanse.

Vegan and Gluten Free Banana Muffins

10 dates , pitted
½ cup applesauce , unsweetened
¼ cup oil , I use grape seed
3 bananas , overripe is best
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup rice flour
1 cup almond meal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
